30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Once your return request is created, please ship the parcel as soon as possible.
Domestic (U.S.) Returns
For U.S. customers, you may use any carrier of your choice.
Simply print the return form provided by JersifyHome Support and include it inside the package.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please package them separately, as each order requires its own return authorization.
International Returns
International customers may return items using any reliable shipping carrier.
Please print the return form provided by our support team, purchase postage from your chosen carrier, and keep the tracking number (and insurance if needed) until the refund is completed.
International orders must be returned one order per parcel, as shipments cannot be combined.
Store vs. Online Purchases
JersifyHome operates strictly as an online store under YIJIA TRADING LLC.
All returns must be processed online through our customer support team.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:

Free from odors, stains, or damage

All original tags and packaging included
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or result in a reduced refund.
Final-Sale Items
Certain products are Final Sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Final Sale items include:

Clearance or discounted items

Custom-printed or customized jerseys

Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
If any Final Sale item is returned, it will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
